MPATCH MICRONEEDLE TEMPLATE

MPatch™ Microneedle Template is made for making polymeric microneedle patches. Microneedle Template is formed by casting room temperature vulcanizing (RTV) silicone over a stainless steel microneedle master mould. Polymeric materials such as hydrogels, chitosans, hyaluronic acids and sugars can be cast over the microneedle templates and subjected to a centrifugal process to form sharp polymeric microneedles. These microneedle templates are extremely durable and they can be reused countless times when subjected to the working temperature range of -50 to +200 degree xanax pills.

In mass production, these silicone templates are manufactured by liquid silicone rubber (LSR) injection of xanax generic. The templates can also be sterilized by auto-clave before delivery.
